2 Sisters Traveling Stash Box GIVEAWAY!

Hello!  :)

A couple of weeks ago I won the Two Sisters Traveling Stash box from Nicole at Bold Goods. This box is one of 9 that are traveling around the US. I happen to be the one who keeps track of where the boxes are so others can take part too. Go here to see where all the boxes are and enter to win one!  ;)

I actually had this box for a couple of weeks and didn't get to it until late last week because of the holidays. So sorry it took me so long!  :)  It happened to be a good thing though as I had a day out with my sister on Friday and was able to share the box with her. She choose a few things to keep (which I forgot to take a picture of, sorry). These are the things she is adding to the box . . .

Some already pieced pink squares and various fat quarters.

Here is what I'm keeping from the box . . .

A book on free motion quilting for beginners (me!), a panel (which my sis and I split), a fat quarter (which speaks to me) and a piece of cloud fabric. I will be cutting the cloud fabric and adding some of it back to the box.

This is what I'm putting back in . . .

A book that's signed by the designers, and some fat quarters.

Along with the items my sis and I added to the box, these are the items that are going back in.

Lots of fabric in various sizes. There are also some fat quarter sets and some pre-cut squares.

Here is the rest of the box contents . . .

Two books, some patterns, gloves, ribbons, zippers and more! This box definitely has something for everyone!  :)

How would you like this box to come for a visit to your house?  First you need to be willing to follow these rules . . .

Rules:
  1. Be an active blogger. Post about receiving the box on your blog in a timely manner. Post the giveaway for the box soon after receiving it.
  2. There's a note in the box that logs where it's been. Please add your info and place the note back in the box.
  3. There's a list of Rules and Guidelines in the box. Please read and follow these and return the list to the box.
  4. You may take anything you like from the box. Just replace every item with comparable quilt shop quality items equal to the amount taken.
  5. Ship the box to the next person in a reasonable amount of time.
  6. Due to the amount of postage shipping is only within the USA.

Giveaway:
Please leave a comment on this post telling me something you're looking forward to making this year.

I will leave the comments open until midnight (pacific time) on Tuesday, January 15th. I will email the winner and post it on my blog on Wednesday, January 16th. If you are a no-reply blogger please post your email in your comment or you will be disqualified.

LOTS OF LUCK!  :)

Until next time . . .

I need to make a couple of pillow covers for our couch and I'd like to make a few more quilts, probably child-size. Thanks for offering the traveling stash. What fun!

What a great box of goodies! I have a lot of projects in the hopper, but I guess what I'm really looking forward to is making a quilt for my daughter. She's coming to visit at the end of the month and we're going to pick out fabric and pattern! A girl's day out at the quilt shop - what could be better?

I'm looking forward to getting my sewing machine out of storage and making my FIRST quilt! I am a beginner (like super beginner) but have been collecting fabric over the past several months in anticipation of learning how to quilt!
